Auctions

An alternative to traditional listing, an auction brings together buyers and sellers in a fast-paced energetic atmosphere where they compete for the property. Buyers know exactly when the property is being offered and that they need to be in a position to buy rather than wait it out. Sellers can set all the terms and conditions such as minimum deposit, date and time of the closing, and offering the property As-Is.

Ohio Outdoor Properties has partnered with Chip Carpenter, the Broker/Auctioneer of Chip Carpenter Real Estate and Auction Co. Chip has nearly twenty-five years experience in the marketing of real estate and personal property at auction. Wayne Cooper has attended the famed Reppart School of Auctioneering and will be apprenticing under Chip Carpenter for the next year. Wayne and Chip will be more than happy to sit down and discuss with each seller the benefits of selling real estate at auction in this ever changing market.
