We spend about half of our time marketing properties for Sellers and the other half finding just the right piece of land for Buyers. Utilizing our national network, we help sellers gain maximum nationwide exposure to find the right buyer. Unlike our competitors, Ohio Outdoor Properties has an in-house marketing staff and advisors dedicated to marketing your property via MLS systems, mail/email campaigns, flyers and much more.

Our advisors will work tirelessly to ensure that all potential buyers are aware of your property. They also travel to hunting/recreational trade shows around the region to bring each property to an even wider market. Advisors will handle the sale of you property from start with marketing and tours of the property through the negotiation process and finally to the end sale.
